Our Covid-19 Measures

This page sets out our policies and processes in relation to the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. This is an evolving situation and this page is therefore subject to review.

Passenger/driver safety is at the forefront of our operation. We endeavour to do all that we can to minimise risk.

A vehicle is thoroughly sanitised before and after each journey.

Passengers and drivers are required to wear a face mask throughout the journey.

Passengers are required to travel in the rear of the vehicle.

All vehicles have been fitted with ‘sneeze guard’ screens. The screen interrupts the direct airflow between passengers and drivers, but does not impede the ventilation systems, allowing for safe air circulation during the journey.

Hand sanitiser is available for both driver and passengers, and should be used at the beginning and end of each journey.

Passengers are asked to take responsibilty for handling their own luggage, however, if assistance is required the luggage will be wiped before and after the driver handles it.

Passenger numbers have been restricted in all vehicles;

2 passengers in saloons/estate cars (3 if in same family/bubble)

4 passengers in MPVs (6 if in same family/bubble).

We are happy to provide further clarification or listen to specific requests.
